Somaliland government publicly displaces five million USD signature bonus paid by DP World

Hargeisa- The Minister of Finance, Samsam Abdi Adan, along with the Central Bank governor publicized today that they have received five million US dollars of signature bonus from United Arab Emeritus owned company called Dubai Ports World (DP World).
