Somaliland: human rights group outcry blocking of Hadhwanaagnews website

Hargeisa- Hadhwanaag news website has been blocked by two internet providers in Somaliland. Inaccessible to the users of Somcable and Somtel, a human rights organization condemned the act and called it suppression.
