Somaliland: the president, the House of Representatives and the local government councillors receive extension of terms

Hargeisa-Today, the Upper House of the Parliament, the Guurti, extended the presidential term until 13th December 2017. The House also extended the terms of the House of Representatives and the councillors of the local governments until 2019.
