President Bihi returned yesterday from Djibouti, where he talked to the president of Somalia, Hassan Sheikh Mohamoud. President Hassan and President Muse agreed to resume talks.
President Bihi was welcomed at the airport by the deputy prime minister, Demeke Mekonnen.
It is expected that Bihi will meet with the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Abiy Ahmed.
Abiy Ahmed has recently expressed willingness to access the Red Sea.
In a statement published on the Facebook page of the Presidency, the Director of Communication of the Presidency of Somaliland said president Bihi is hosted at the presidential palace in Addis Ababa.
