Hargeisa- The president of Somaliland Muse Behi launched a workshop held to prepare the Education Sector Strategic Plan.

The plan is intended to continue three years and improve the education sector of Somaliland.

The president said "the implementation of the program requires funding of three hundred million dollars.”

The money is needed to improve the education of the country into middle level, he added.
