HARGEISA- The National Electoral Commission commenced providing voter cards to registered people in two regions. The exercise started in Saahil and Awdal regions.
Also the residents of some coastal polling areas in Sanaag will get their cards to cast votes in November.
The distribution of cards will continue until July.
The Electoral Commission registered voters in last year, but the cards were not given.
