Hargeisa- A delegation led by Muse Behi Abdi, the presidential candidate of the ruling Kulmiye party, returned to the country after they met the Prime Minister of Ethiopia, Hailemariam Desalegn.
Zadg Abreha, Head of Media Delivery Unit at the Prime Minister’s Office, told the News Agency that Ethiopia will support Somaliland’s election.
The Prime Minister had a discussion with the delegation to enhance the cooperation between Somaliland and Ethiopia, as reported by the Ethiopian News Agency.
Abdirahman Mohamed Abdilahi, an opposition presidential candidate, and members of his Waddani party also landed today in Ethiopia.
There are no details of the reason Ethiopia is meeting with the presidential candidates ahead of 13th November presidential election.
