    Somaliland: the new minister of finance takes office

    Hargeisa- Yousuf Mohamed Abdi, the new minister of finance, officially takes the offices from the outgoing minister.

Hargeisa- Yousuf Mohamed Abdi, the new minister of finance, officially takes the offices from the outgoing minister.


Yousuf is one of the new cabinet members appointed by president Muse Behi Abdi who took office on 13th December.

The new cabinet is not yet approved by the House of Representatives, and it is not sworn in by the Chief Justice as required by the Constitution.
