Hargeisa- The speaker of the Upper House of the Parliament of Somaliland Hon Suleiman Mohamoud Adan told the government news agency, SOLNA, that the president Farmaajo is behind the war.

The allegations of the speaker are one of many made by the authorities in Somaliland who insist that the Federal Government of Somalia is part of the war.

Somaliland forces fought in this month with those of Puntland State of Somalia.

The speaker talking to SOLNA said "The Somalia president claim that he is bringing peacekeepers in Tukaraq first let him tell the Puntland militias to stop

attacking Somaliland territorial borders. The Puntland province is a region

of Somalia and president Abdiweli cannot dare to secede from the union. The

Somalia president needs to tell Puntland to stop the war. If he went to

report to the Security Council, simply he will be asked to stop the Tukaraq

war which Mr.Farmajo is fueling.
