Hargeisa- Ahmed Mohamed Mohamoud, a secondary teacher, has been arrested by the police after they disclosed that he has the same name as that of the president of the Republic of Somaliland, sources confirm to Somaliland Daily.
The arrest of the teacher took surprise to the people of Somaliland.
It is not clear what law he will be charged. However, lawyers Somaliland Daily contacted said it is not a crime to have the same name as that of the president.
